    SunMade Solar and Roofing made the whole process of getting a new roof practically painless. Kacee, ******* Oz, and ******* were all super helpful. They explained everything and even helped with finding financing. No more worries about rainy day leaks. My roof is beautiful even the inspector who came from the city commented on how beautifully done it is. Yay! I highly recommend them.

    SunMade made the entire process super easy and smooth. Everyone showed up on time for the install, and we didnt have to worry about any complicated paperworkthey explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was needed. They were communicative, professional, and responsive every step of the way. There was a small hiccup that was out of their control, but they didnt push it aside like many companies wouldthey made it a priority and got it resolved quickly. That kind of follow-through is rare. The installation itself was done really well. The panels look great on our roof, and the batteries are mounted outside with a nice protective shade cover that was included. Everything looks clean and professionally done. And they even included a Tesla charger with the installat no extra cost. The system was sized perfectly, and now that summer's here, we can run up to 99% self-powered so farwhich is amazing. A big shout out to their team: the president himself is involved and actually takes the time to talk to you. ******, their operations manager, is super helpfulshe answers any questions we have and handles scheduling like a pro. Her follow-up is thorough, and she makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. ***, our advisor, is very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process clearly. And their install techs? Also top-tier. We could ask them anything while they were working, and they always had clear, confident answers. An all-around excellent experience. If you're looking for a solar company thats professional, responsive, and actually cares about the details, highly recommend SunMade.

    ***** was (and still is) great to work with! She was very professional and friendly. She didn't try to rush us and answered all of our questions. From installation to approval by PG&E took exactly five days!

    We had a great experience with SunMade. Everything was done as promised. It took 2 days to install the panels and the battery. That was a Monday and Tuesday. By Friday the system was inspected and up and running. We now have a very small electric bill. We're saving a ton.
