I went to ******************* on ************ in ***************** for a new tire on my left front side (keep in mind i did not have ANY issues with my car). They replaced my tire and charged me 125$. Then immediately after they repaired my tire I started to hear noises when driving on uneven pavement. I know too much about cars so i thought that maybe it would eventually go away. Then after about 10 days i took the car back and told them about the noise. They moved the tires around and told me the noise went away. It did not go away (also this is my only form of transportation to work so i cant just leave it in a shop all week). I took the car back a few days later and they told me that i need to pay for new strut mounts for the entire car. And expected me to pay 1000$ for the front and the rear. After telling them i wouldn't they gave me the car back. After a few days have passed i took the car back upset that they wanted me to pay for something i had no involvement of breaking. I wanted them to fix whatever they broke. Then they took it in for about 3 days (i had to carpool with a co-worker) then gave it back saying it is all good to go. the next day i started hearing noises again and no longer felt safe driving my car. then i took it back telling them that the car was still making noises and they kept the car for another 3 days. then they told me that i needed a new strut for the left front drivers side. although i felt i shouldnt have to pay for this because my car was perfectly fine before i got the tire repair i just wanted my car to be in drivable condition again because i need to get to work and someone was wanting to look into maybe purchasing the car. So against my better judgement i payed for the new strut which cost me about $78. They replaced the strut and promised me that they took it for a drive and that they did not hear anything. Once i picked up the car i immediately heard noises. Im at a loss of what to do now. This is irritating and i just need my car fixed.
