I was sitting down in my unit, taking a break from going through things and having a bite to eat. (I'm hypo-glycemic)Along comes the receptionist lady and the security guard. The receptionist asked me what I was doing, and I told her that I was just kicking back for a minute. She told me if I was in the storage area that I had to always be moving, that I couldn't "kick back."I had to leave anyways,so I left to go to my *** Mail store,to pick up a letter from the *** regarding my EIN #. This letter was actually for Mayfair Storage,so that I could gain after hours access. I took the letter back to Mayfair Storage, gave it to the same receptionist ,she commenced to give me a lecture about how long I should take while accessing my storage unit. Said she had to talk to her boss about it. I got a call back from her,and she stated that she told her boss that everytime I was there I was taking to much time, and said that she didn't believe I had a business. That they were denying me 24 hour access, based on these claims. Mayfair storage is hindering my business operations by made up rules violations. I'm moving out ASAP,but I want to expose this business as a fraudulent entity. I'd also like my money back as well.

The customer rented on February 12, 2024 and paid a pro-rated amount of $44.07.  Our lease and policies were explained to the customer at time of rental.  We noticed an unusual amount of gate activity for his unit and found that he was staying past the posted gate hours. While I appreciate the customers concerns, the facts are He violated the lease and put the property at risk for safety and security.

I went to Mayfair Storage. I explained to **** and ***** my situation they were very understanding helping me I'm a senior with fibromyalgia back injury and knee pain so on. So another day I went in and they both were very cold towards me. So I said hi to **** like 3 times and she ignored me then ***** out of no where makes a remark about boxes not being stacked right??. So I go to my storage sure enough my boxes were tild over and moved. So I asked why. Of course they denied it. So like a week later I called and ***** answered and told me I'm being evicted because I said " their deminor changed" she gave me until the end of month I told her I just paid she couldn't do that I'm a paying customer. She indicated she can do whatever she wants to me. Now I have to pay someone to move my stuff again. That gave me suspicious they went through my stuff or let someone go through my stuff. I'd like reimbursement for paying my movers and if anything is stolen. My phone number is **********. ** *********************

I have reached out to ********************* by phone and spoke with her on Monday January 15, **** and January 16, **** to come up with a resolve.  I listened to **** and took to heart what she was saying.  It sounds like she is going through some difficult times right now and we do not want to add to her stress.  I have lifted her eviction and am allowing her to stay.  I asked that she give us a chance through February.  ***************** said she will think about her decision.

    Warm Regards,
