      It is very difficult to get ahold of Frank. It took me 6 or 7 tries of calling, texting, and emailing to get a response from him just to schedule an appointment. I finally got my appointment scheduled, and then Frank did not show up on the day of. I could not get ahold of him once again when I was waiting for my appointment, and he did not respond until the next morning. I never ended up rescheduling and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to him. I called another privately owned tax service who answered my call the first time and got me an appointment 2 days later.
