    I would give it a negative star if I could. For 4 years I went to this place to file my wife and I's personal and business taxes. Eliana seemed nice and it seemed like she knew what she was doing. Then recently the Franchise Tax Board sent me a notice stating that I was missing form 568 for 4 years!!. I attempted to contact Eliana Hernandez for 4 weeks with no call back from her. I spoke with Veronica and Alexis, who works at the same business, and told me that Elliana is aware of my situation and will be calling me back. She ignored my calls and refused to address my situation. I was also overcharged even though her statement of charges says otherwise. If you too have had similar issues with this business and/or Elliana I suggest that you file a complaint with the IRS using form 14157. I will be looking at my legal options as well. AVOID THIS PLACE!
