    I went in to buy new wheels/ rims for my truck owner helped me find new wheels we places the order for the wheels told me it would be a couple weeks till the wheels came in and had me give a deposit down to order wheels gave owner a deposit of $600 dollars a month went by he did not call me I had to call and find out the rims had not arrived yet. Owner assured me it would not be much long before rims came in another month passed by and still nothing came in it had been over 6 months of waiting and no rims yet I had a talk with the owner and owner said he would call the manufacturer. Acoording to owner manufacture said they would send him a check with the refund and he would let me know when check arrived in a week or to it has been almost 2 months and refund checkis still not were at this point I am seeking to get a refund on my deposit I **** and owner refuses to give me a refund I paid the owner not the manufacturer this is getting ridiculous how this tire shop business dose not want to give refund back after more then 6 months. Owner did give receipt and I still have it the rims had to be for a ****, ****, 8 lug gmc *******

    The customer left a $600 towards the **********************, we are not able to provide the customer with a refund b/c of company policy but they can use it towards any wheels or tires.
