      I just spent $90 on a package I called because the inmate never received the package and employee STEVEN said there was nothing they can do for me I had to call from 8:00 to 12:00 Monday through Thursday I cannot call those days or those hours because I work like normal people he can't call another place of business during business hours while he's working right!! He tells me they're saying they can do for me so they're keeping my $90!!!

      Steven told her there was nothing he could do when she called because customer service was closed and because he doesn't work in that department. He does not have access to the inmate information. Steven explained to the customer, Customer Service is only available 7a-12p. Steven told her she could be transferred to voice mail and/or asked her to call back after hours when she could, and leave a voice mail with the customers info so we could research and call her back, she would not. She also called back later and talked with a manager, he tried to explain the same thing and she hung up on him.
