    There is a doctor that actually cares that works there. He is great and was the only only one that responded. The rest do not respond to email or text. I transitioned from their old name to their new name. Maybe they will respond here.

    hi *****,appreciate your feedback. wanted to clarify a few things:on june 2, our team provided clear next steps via email.on july 14, we sent you five available time slots for a direct file review, email was opened three times.on july 16, you received and viewed a follow-up with instructions and assets to move forward.on july 19, you contacted us again (saturday), and submitted this review less than 24 hours later.weve been in consistent communication with you since october 2024, with multiple documented touchpoints. were always looking to improve response times, but your claim that the rest do not respond is not accurate.if theres anything outstanding, were happy to pick it back up, just reply to the last ************** happy to get you back on track.

    In October of 2024, I paid for full service when the company was called ***. It was not until the end of March that the initial intent to file was completed. After the denial two months later from the VA (June 2025), I repeatedly contacted the company for follow-up, as that is part of their gurenetee if one is denied. As of now, I have had no follow up from the company. I hope other veterans are not enduring the same situation.

We acknowledged and confirmed youre at 90%.June 17 We let you know we were reviewing your file and planning next steps for the back claim.June 27 We followed up and asked for a full list of your current conditions and ratings to make sure nothing was missed.June 30 You confirmed all documentation was sent. We received your message and supporting files.July 47 Our all-veteran support team was off for the holiday and weekend.July 10 We re-engaged with a follow-up message and updated request.Outside of the short July holiday window, there have only been 56 business days with no exchanges. Weve stayed on it and are still here to help move your file forward.
