      I had ****** T. from ********* come over to service my drinking water unit, and he was fantastic. He really knew his stuff and made sure everything was running perfectly. ****** explained everything clearly and was super helpful throughout the process. The drinking water unit from ECO Water is great tooreally high-quality. If you need water service or a new unit, ****** and ECO Water are the way to go.

      They are the worst in the business. Till now after 6 months they haven't been able to make the equipment work yet. And they sight documents with my signature to be able to close the case. They comited fraud. And I buy this at Costco thinking what we all think that because it's Costco will be a great product. But no it's a nightmare no one cares about you and they don't even help at all to resolve there own problems with there product. Don't buy it it's a nightmare and lots of lots of stress.........

      Mr. ****-******** personally signed a contract July 28, 2022 to purchase water treatment through Costco, which EcoWater of Central California is a vendor.
      There is no record of “fraud” on any of the customer’s paperwork with our company.
      The equipment was installed August 2, 2022. Mr. ****-******** requested the unit be moved after the first week of installation. We accommodated him by moving the whole home unit to his desired location August 12th at no charge. By requesting our company move a system we “fraudulently” put in doesn’t look like any fraud occurred.
      Mr. ****-******** has received the goods he contracted to. He requested EcoWater of Central CA to move the system, which we did at no charge to him. He received a Costco Shop Card for over $800. He has made no payments to the finance company since his install in August.
      Since the finance company is now going to collections against Mr. ****-********, he is now claiming fraud five months after the installation of the contracted goods he signed for and received an $800 Costco Shop Card.
