    I placed an order with this company believing it was in the ** but my seeds came from ***** when I finally did recieve them I planted them and weeks went by and nothing absolutely nothing stay away from this "usagardencenter" it's a ripoff

    Its fraud, pure and simple. The seeds come from ***** and are not as pictured on their website. Because the cost is minimal its not worth trying to get a refund. Im finding a lot of these scams online.

    This company is not trustworthy!! Do not buy from them; you will be disappointed and your money and time will be wasted! This company is not from the ***. Do your research BEFORE you make a purchase. They deserve a 0 but I had to give at least a star to post..

    I ordered a mini electric chainsaw from USA Garden Center on September 18 and 5 weeks later I still haven't received it. I have sent many emails and finally they responded to one email but it wasn't from USA Garden Center. It came up as ************* Store and they didn't tell me if it had been shipped and didn't give me a tracking number. Then I received an email that said it was from *** which turned out to be fraud as well. Before I realized it was a fraud I tried paying for it but the payment would have gone to a gaming store. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from USA Garden Center. Their website should be removed.

    I got 4 small packets of the lotus seeds in the mail. It says on a ripped off paper that it tells the color from the number written on the package. NO NUMBER! NO INSTRUCTIONS. STUPID WASTE OF MONEY!

    Absolutely a scam. Do not buy from this company!! I ordered 4 packs of seeds. I am not a novice gardener. I got zero germination despite several attempts. So after trying to work with "customer service" on a refund, I dug in a bit more.-The reviews ALL show 337 5 star reviews for all the different seeds. You cant see the reviews or leave a review so those are also fake -It shows a local address in ****** but all the seeds came from ****** (international shipper) and took almost 3 weeks to arrive -I contacted customer service and that was as frustrating as could be to try to get a refund. Promised one, but it never showed up. 20+ emails after they said they would process the it.

    I ordered products in April and it's now the end of May. I tried to cancel my order only to find tracking information that my order left 11 days previous from *****. Don't be fooled by the USA in the name. The company address is in **********, but this is really a CHINESE company in ***. Nothing USA about it.

    Fraudulent company! Provides false information. Pretends to be a ** company, ships from *****. Sells seeds for plants that arent even named correctly. Seeds delivered look nothing like they should and shipped in an air tight plastic bag for over a month. I wouldnt want to try and plant their mystery seeds anyways. This company should be charged for stealing peoples money.
