    DO NOT RECOMMEND GENERATIONS CABINETRY!!!Our experience: Dawn P***** the owner was Unprofessional, dishonest, terrible follow up, can not manage her business with a constant excuse she was either sick, with her grandkids or she was on vacation, COMPLETELY inexperienced in custom closet design- confirmed by 3 custom closet companies that specialize in ONLY custom closets we had out to our home, when we stopped the project midway through once we saw the product & design that was placed by Generations Cabinetry was clearly a terrible design and this is when we learned about the consistent Mis-measurement in ALL of the closets. We were told the product was finally in only to find out only half of it had arrived..she had switched manufacturers on us AFTER She had told us in an email last July 2022 that our product was done and expected to arrive. We then learned after repeated follow up that the first manufacture had not even begun! We repeatedly asked for a sample to ensure the match with the second manufacturer was exactly what we had initially chosen for our finish & did not receive until weeks after the order was already placed without our consent /approval. The sample did not match & we felt stuck. We had repeatedly asked for 360 virtual walk-through design only to receive a snapshot of each wall. We trusted Generations Cabinetry knew what they were doing since our Contractor referred us. They do not. Can’t speak for kitchen design or other home space design. Were repeatedly told & reminded by Dawn how poor her software is. Offered to have them come pick up their materials & provide a full refund to us which they did not. We want to spare anyone else the headache and cost of dealing this company.Dawn P***** is extremely argumentative & very likely will respond to this review with more dishonesty. Do your research! Just thrilled we found so many other professional options in the Tampa/St Pete area for custom closet design. For custom closet designs, stay away!
