    I have ordered from this company for years, no issues. ordered on 9-1-23 for 2 items total $293.30. On 9-5 I received an email saying the items were on backorder, then same day another email saying 1 item was shipped which I did receive. On 9-14 I sent an email question an estimated eta. I received an email saying it was expected "shortly". I sent another email ***** for an update, response "..many unexpected, unintentional delays receiving inventory. Due to company ***************** change, many vendors required new agreements.. has taken longer than expected." They never said anything before about a merger or move etc. I emailed ***** & 1-9. On 1-9 response "We are waiting for our account to be approved with **********, hoping account authorized soon." emailed them 3-15 & asked why their site still lets you add the item to your cart if it has been backordered for 6 months. Response" Our team is actively working with ********************* partners to expedite" I sent 3-31 ...again why does it let you add it to your cart, response ".. We allow sales on backorder items because we were not anticipating delay in service." I sent again 4-1, 6-26 & 8-27. On ***** I finally gave up & asked for a refund, response 'Please kindly allow 5-7 business days for the refund of $206.50 to process " After no refund I emailed them 11-5, response "Since your order was placed over a year ago, we will need to issue a check refund.The check request sent to our accounting ***** & submitted follow-up request for more information. Please allow up to two business days for a response from accounting." I emailed *****, ***** & 12-4 I haven't received a check. No response from them since 11-6-24 & no check. I have called and left at least 3 messages and no response. I'm out $206.50. I shouldn't have waited so long to request a refund but I had ordered from them for years and had backorders with them twice before and did finally receive my item. Their site still seems active.
