    Seems to be a common practice for this place according to other reviews. They offer shipping on cold/frozen items but do not know how to properly do so. Meats that were purchased arrived hot and obviously no longer safe to eat. They were not appropriately packaged. They also will not take responsibility for this and refused to provide a refund claiming that a Warning was provided.After multiple emails, they agreed to a 50% refund, but we only received a quarter of it.

    This business has poor food safety practices. Frozen food products are offered in the site but are not guaranteed that the food will arrive safe to eat. Business claims that the customer takes on the risk by ordering frozen food. Frozen meat food products I ordered arrived not only thawed, but were warm. The item was poorly packaged and shipped without dry ice. It contained 2 cold packs which were insufficient in keeping the items frozen.

    Transaction Date: 7 December ***********: $105.60 I ordered specialty grocery items through their online store. Based on their website information, they are committed to processing the order within a ***** hour window. I even paid for expedited shipping ($12 worth). The order has not been processed up to now 5 days hence excluding the weekend and kept receiving the run-around whenever I press for an update. Just yesterday I was informed that they have not begun processing since they flagged the transaction as high risk for fraud (whatever that means), but the fact remains that the order has been paid for in good faith. Later they have not been responding to chat messages (messages are seen but not replied to, or just leave the chat altogether). Two follow-up emails have also remained unanswered. A refund would probably be a reasonable action if they are unable to process the prepaid order, rather than offering empty promises or accusing me of submitting a fraudulent order -- fraudulent how I have no clue since the fact remains that the payment has been taken from my account in good faith but I have not received a shipping confirmation almost a full week after.
