    Damaged my glasses. Scratch on the lens, cut on the arm, frame loose, hinges, bent. The spot where they supposedly fix it, has a hole in it now.

    Less than Zero Star Rating.World Optic advertises online that they can repair your broken eyeglasses frames for $45-? Including broken nose bridge, with a 1 year warranty, with free shipping both ways. When I sent them my *************************** $400 frames with a broken nose bridge they replied that they could repair my frames for $68 with a 30 day warranty...who would choose that?They then offered to find me suitable replacement frames for $59, which I accepted.They gave me a choice of 2 ugly brown frames at $128 or $227.....! I refused those only options. believe that World Optis is a scam business, enticing you to send them your glasses fir repair...which they don't do, and offers replacement frames for $59...which they don't actually have...just to sell you unacceptable expensive replacement frames...if they even actually ship those after your payment. Disappointing online business not worth considering. Most likely a scam business.
