    I received a phone call asking me if I would like to receive a free handheld vacuum cleaner, and I felt that it could be a scam so asked "what's the catch." The male caller said that there wasn't any and that I would receive it at no cost to me. We continued to talk for a few minutes, and I gave him no information but said that I didn't care one way or another whether he sent it to me. At the time, my sister had just passed away and I had other things on my mind, plus it was mid-November and I had the holidays on my mind. Several weeks later I received a small vacuum cleaner, which in my opinion did not work very well. At the time, I was busy Christmas shopping and put it to the side. When I received my Target bill there was a $185.95 charge on it from FurryPetCareHappyHomeH in **********. I called them and was told it was for the vacuum cleaner and told them that I did not want it and wanted a refund. I asked how I could return it but was told not to worry about it. We argued but I was finally told me that they would give me a full refund. ShortIy after, I received a refund of $46.49 and called again and was told that I would receive $148.95 soon which also covered shipping costs. I had another charge on my Target bill for $8.95 for the cost of shipping. On 12/20 I received the $148.95. But then on 12/23 they charged me another $148.95 under another name and the next day deleted the charge. I discovered this when I called Target to get things resolved. Now ****** is saying that they can't apply the $148.95 credit to the $185.95 charge because it's under a different name. Obviously, this is part of their scam using different names in order to cause this confusion. Unfortunately, though, I now owe Target $148.95, plus $8.95 for shipping. I tried to dispute the charge but was told by ****** that they can't dispute the charges because they are under different names. ****** is now saying I owe them $205.83. I do owe $30.63, $30.84 & $29.27 but that's all. Paying now.

    12/5 I got an email saying I would get a vacuum and I'd only have to pay for postage which was $8.95. I received the vacuum. I was notified by my card ** on 12/31 of $148.95 for a heatmasterkitchcraft which I didn't order. I declined the charge. While looking at my bank statement I saw a charge for $185.96 for the vacuum which was suppose to be $8.95. I called the **mpany they said I agreed to the vacuum trial and missed the window of return or refund. I want all my money besides the $8.95 which I did agree to. This **mpany is stealing money from people. They need dealt with

    I answered a survey and won a pick of prizes. I chose the robot vacuum and to pay just shipping which was *****. I got the vacuum but it's a piece of junk and i was going to return it but i found a charge on my account for ******!! I called them and they said i had agreed to sign up for this service when i got the vacuum! I saw no such thing!! I demanded my money back but they said i agreed to it! I did not!! They finally agreed to give me back ****** but i want all my money back including the ***** for this piece of junk they sent me!!

    I was looking through my emails and came across PCH said I won a prize so I claimed the Grit Gone Robot Vacuum and said I only had to pay S&H $8.95 on May 17, 2024. Said I would receive it in 3-5 days it came in 10 days later. It doesn't work. And we received a bank charge for $185.96 from Aquaplaypool. Access. So I looked it up and called them and she said that it was for the robot vacuum that I signed up to Test products and since they couldn't get ahold of me by phone they charged me for it. I told her no ma'am I did not sign up for any testing product sight, if I did don't you think you would have had my phone number!! So we had to cancel our card at the bank and have to get another card and have to dispute charges on Monday. Order number is *********. It was Space Robot Vacuum

    Order on or around February 24,2024. Was told I won this just needed to pay shipping. I paid 8 dollars and some cents. Never received robot vacuum. Called twice (2), 1st time I was told it went to **** and they would sent out another one. Received nothing. Called again and was told a supervisor would call me. Never received a call.
