On Friday, July 5th, 2024 our freezer was working great, until K-Tech Mechanical sent a technician by the name of ****** out to insert a drain pan to our 2 door True Freezer, which he did not do when the first repair was made because they did not have the part. About 20 minutes after the technician left, the freezer began beeping from the thermometer nonstop. We called them back and another technician came and said it needed a new probe but they did not have one and the part store was closed until Monday. Meanwhile all of the product in the freezer was thawing because it was defrosting and not keeping temperature since the thermometer was not working. We called K-Tech 12 times with no answer from them. We had another technician out the next day that confirmed the thermometer was not working and needed a new probe. This was all caused by the technician inserting a drain pan? We believe this was negligence or sabotage and do not believe this company should be able to conduct business if this is how they do. We have lost over $2,000 worth of frozen food because of this.
