    Good morning, I am very sorry to bother you.I bought a vehicle two weeks ago ( may 17 of 2025). Now the vehicle turns off automatically when driving. I told the dealer about the issue last week. They told me theyre going to fix it. Now, no one is picking up the phone. Is a vehicle that I must pay monthly and is not functioning. Please I need to know what to do.

    Vehicle:2015 ******* ****** $3,500 down payment + $500 same-day car note Total vehicle cost: $15,000 (car is only worth ~$1,700)Key Issues:Car was kept for 3 weeks after purchase, no rental or transportation support provided.I lost my job as a result of not having transportation.Repeated phone calls were ignored or I was hung up on.Vehicle had multiple issues upon delivery:Spark plugs were severely damaged; car wouldnt go over 25 MPH.Dashboard lights remained on, including the airbag light.Airbag area looked tampered with (cut/glued back together).Engine was knocking.Repossession Incident:On May 5, my vehicle was taken from inside my gated community, without notification or ********** personal property was still inside the car, including:Phone IDs and credit cards Apple Watch Dash cams Tools and drills Steering wheel lock Mail key Most importantly: ashes of my two deceased aunts (Precious and ****)My childrens belongings I called daily requesting return of my items but was given no response.When I contacted ******************* they informed me that the repossession had not been reported.I attempted to report the car stolen; the deputy called the dealership, and they admitted they forgot to report the repossession, and the stolen report was dismissed.They then retroactively filed the repossession as of May 9, four days after they took the car.I later received a letter stating their intent to sell the vehicle, but no mention of my property or instructions for retrieval.They have changed the price on me three times, and never gave a proper breakdown.Pattern of Abuse:This business is not accredited, and has a pattern of doing this to others:They have done the same to my sister and two other people I know.They give out very old or damaged cars so customers cannot open lemon law cases.I have call logs, documents, and police call records supporting my claims.

    They repossessed my car 5/14/2024. When I call to discuss how much is needed to be paid, ** being giving an attitude, the phone getting hung up in my face, and they wont answer the phone. I asked for the invoice of how much to pay to get my car and Im being told no and I need to bring cash. The car has been gone for 2 days and he wants me to pay $1212, in which I know that way more than I should pay for a car gone for only 2 days. The amount to be paid for the car note is $524 and the rest is repo fees not including storage. So I am basically being ripped off and over charged. They have been calling me everyday for my car payment. And if I let them know when I will have the payment to them I get called everyday still and is demanded on when I need to pay.
