      I just want to give people a heads up warning about their customer service and potential scam. I bought a PC case over a year ago and I broke the front panel and no fault of the company. I reached out and asked if I could buy the front panel they said yes it would be 5 dollars and like almost 13 shipping I think its high but hey what ever. So I pay through PayPal and they ship it on a Friday send me a tracking number. well Saturday it says delivered. I go out to my porch nothing so i wait till Sunday to see if the tracking gets updated nope still says delivered i click for more info says it was delivered to their headquarters. *******************************************************************. So Sunday night i send them an email asking why the package that was coming to Oklahoma was delivered to them. They said they would look into well Tuesday 20hrs after they told me they would look into i sent another email and they said the **** messed up and delivered it to them. Now I have had a lot of weird things happen with **** but never seen a mailed package that the only update on the tracking was delivered to supposedly origin of delivery. SO i ask what did they do i wanted to see the printed label they through fit showed me the digital receipt where they also showed charges less then what they charged me for shipping as they never said shipping and handling only shipping fees. When I called them out on that they did just refund me the money the problem is I need the front of the case and I don't want to buy a whole new case just for the front cause if I'm going to do that I would just buy a different case. They are just very rude once you catch them in a lie or anything like that. The only time I have had something miss delivered that way was a scam on amazon where they shipped it to themselves and said it would be 6months and since it showed shipped amazon has to wait till delivery date to refund.
