I needed a drug test for an internship. The drug test required a 10 panel test to be performed with oxycodone listed as a tested substance. I searched online and found Corrective Solutions had a 10 panel drug test listing: Amphetamines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepine, Methadone, Oxycodone, and Ecstasy (MDMA) (Per their website).I walked into the facility on March 10th 2023 at **** and asked for a drug test. I handed the girl at the front my paper with specifications of oxycodone being separately tested OR something clearly stating it was tested under opiods. At **** they took me back for the test. At this time, I asked the woman if the opioid and oxycodone were tested separately as stated on the paper. She laughed and said, yes. The test was performed, I paid the $64.95 and she handed me the results. I left. When I got home I saw the oxycodone was not listed on the lab report. I called the number listed on their website and told them I needed it to be on the report or I could not use the test OR I need something saying oxycodone was tested under opiod. They went back and fourth, finally stating that they do not separate the opioid and oxycodone and would not provide me with anything stating that oxycodone was tested under opioid. The next day, I emailed the company requesting an email stating the oxycodone was tested under opiod. I also called the facility and requested an email stating the oxycodone was tested under opiod. The girl on the phone said she couldnt provide me with anything and that her ** was reviewing the email I sent. I have not received a responce from anyone about this matter. At this point, I can't use this test. What they promised to deliver was not what I received and they are completely ignoring my emails or attempts to resolve this issue.

      To whomever it concerns,

It is our position that the document from PIH was not presented until after the results of the drug test.  Oxycodone is an Opiate and was tested. It was perhaps believed by the drug test technician that the client was asking about whether Oxycodone was going to be tested to which the drug test tech gave the correct answer.  The client tested negative for Opiates and therefore tested negative for Oxy.  We have subsequently reached out to eScreen, which is the lab that produces the results, to inquire about listing Oxycodone separately from Opiates, and they stated that it is an unusual request and that they could possibly produce a special report.  We also offered that the school or the client could reach out to eScreen directly for confirmation that Oxycodone was specifically tested.  We have confirmed with eScreen that Oxy was tested as part of the Opiate test and we can answer directly to the internship or school as needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
