    ******** -Resolution Team *** ************ BMO Lets just say that the customer service pretty much doesnt exist. I used this mower for 15 minutes and it seized the bearings. I had did my research prior and found out its a common problem with these units and that the grease zerk isnt even viewable or made known that the cover below the hydraulic pump needs to be removed even to get to this fitting. Needless to say I found this out prior and made sure I used 80/90 gear oil to the bearing case and it didnt matter as the bearings seized up anyway. I did find a very helpful video on ******* on how to change out the bearings and seals however during pressing the bearing shaft out to replace components it ended up destroying the baffle, and the bearings, as well as the ring that the lower oil seal is pressed into. I tried unsuccessfully finding these parts and emailed AGT which I was told by their warehouse in ******** that they dont have parts and that I had to email their service email address which I did. I also included the parts breakdown and asked them for 3 part numbers which they told me they didnt have any inventory of and that they would email me when they became available. I then asked them if they could provide me parts drawings for the parts I needed so I could try and have a machinist rebuild them as mine were destroyed upon being pressed out. They sent me the drawing I sent them of the full parts breakdown. I have tried several emails since then which Ive received no response on. Im not using this equipment for a career therefore didnt want to invest in a large dollar U.S. made unit I didnt realize that getting parts would be this impossible. Just want to send a buyer beware as I have seen several people having this same issue. There are no warnings about the bearings needing to be grease on the brand new machine. Just a tag on the hydraulic motor that says to add hydraulic oil. Just want people to know you will not get any help

    We are retailer that is registered in ** that sells AGT Industrial brand in **. The manufacture company is in ***** and has many selling channels such as auctions. A lot of people buy from auctions and resell them and there are no warranties at auctions. This customer did not buy it from us directly because we couldn't search his order. Our business is registered in ********** and has a warehouse in ************. If the customer purchased it from us directly, please provide proof or purchase, order or receipt. We can't find any information of this customer.
