      We have had nothing but issues with devices and GPS going on 2 years now. We have never had any credits from them for equipment not working properly for longer then a week or two, which we have had many devices not working. The customer service from our REP ******************* has always been null and void. We are now on the thrid week of waiting for contract ends dates on Equipment and buyout amounts. This isn't the 1st time the rep doesn't do his job professionally or accurately. We have had DOT inspections fail even with an active case #. We have not be able to get our automatic on duty removed. Not everytime a driver logs in is he on duty. Missing mileage and incorrect locations of trucks. This system ***** all the way around. Every time they do an update which is often the ELD'S go hay wire and information is not correct or they stop working all together. Run don't waste your money. I can say there has been one person at Teletracs that has always done a great job even when not our rep. **** is *********************. The reps and customer service don't know what they are doing. They ask for the driver info and say they will call drivers after we have been on hold for 2 hours and they never follow thru with calling the driver and resloving the issue at hand. There are other companies out there that ******** care about your team being compliant and giving you your money's worth!!! Teletracnavman is NOT that company.

      Trucks are not properly being tracked Driver logs are disappearing Mileage in all states are not being recorded and added correctly Cameras do not work, PTO tracking doesn't work Trucks do NOT work at all Truck equipment doesn't work properly 3G to 4G migration was never completed Was told when I signed a new contract that I would receive all new equipment , never did.

      I have a tracking system from Teletrac company with a lifetime guarantee, they changed there system and want me to pay almost $6,000 dollars for new equipment and I do not believe I should have to pay to upgrade their system when i was just fine with the one we have. Teletrac stop tracking my fleet of vehicles on June 6th and we paid through July I have called and called and they do not care even a little bit, I also just received a bill for August. At this point I really do not know what to do at this point. Any help you can give me that would be greatly appreciated.       We have had Telatrac/Navman now for a few years. They put us on a 3 year contract which locks you in. Not all of our vehicles are on the same 3 year cycle, so it is impossible to cancel this service without their penalty. In light of that, they changed their software, and now out of the 12 trucks we are trying to monitor, only 1 GPS works. We need this information. So we are paying almost $900 per quarter for a service we cannot use, and they will not answer calls. It takes over 2 hours to get through to anyone, and when you finally do get to speak to a customer service rep, it is a foreigner in ******** or somewhere not in the **. I have no problem with foreigners, my issue is nothing is being done, and nobody is helping us. We have now been without tracking for the other 11 vehicles for over 2 months, yet we are expected to continue paying for nothing (to be fair, we have the 1 truck! Yay!)? That can't be legal. I have now gone with another company that actually can help us. We just installed the new GPS systems by ourselves today. And the system is waaaaay better! With Navman/Teletrac they hire a 3rd party contractor. After I learned our GPS system was out, we could only get an appointment that was weeks out from our needs. THEN they cancelled their appointment without telling us and thus, we had 11 trucks here at the shop waiting for them to come do the installation, and nobody showed up. This was the last straw.If you are considering a GPS tracking system for your fleet, stay away from these jokers. They don't have a working organization, and I would be surprised if they stay in business. I expect to be put on the collections list, but I really don't care at this point. They are not fulfilling their end of the contract. I will fight back!!!! I want my money back from the last payment as we can't take advantage of their system. We paid for nothing.
