    *****************************, the owner of Main Plumbing took a check from me for $7094. for a water heater that he never provided or installed. In addition, he charged me up front for work he never completed due to excuses and failure to show up - I paid more than $1200. He dropped off $3500 in cash about 4 weeks ago, but has not given me the rest of my money back. He makes excuses and lies. At this point, I have no other alternative than to file a complaint. I paid him a total of $18, 771 for plumbing for a bath remodel and a new water heater and he didn't even complete half the work on the bath. I am asking for the bare minimum back. He owes me more but I will accept 8294 for the water heater and the wood floors under the bath tub that I had to also pay someone else to install. **** is a pathological liar and really shouldn't be conducting business.

    Hi *******! I apologize for not sending you a message on BBB every time we tried to post a response your platform would not allow us to do so. We even called and asked for assistance with one of your customer service representatives. We have since reconciled this issue with the customer and she has been paid an additional $3500. She was refunded a total of $7000. She was supposed to reply and say this case was settled on BBB.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
