    I called Tesla Roadside Assistance on 12/3 when my 12V battery died, they had Armstrong Towing come with a flatbed to pick up the car and take it to a service center. When placing the car on the flatbed the driver basically drug it up by dragging through the concrete. I rode with the driver to the Tesla Service Center, I was given a loaner and called a few hours later that it was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the service center and *******************************, tesla service tech then notified me that there was some damage to the bumper and the undercarriage done by the tow truck driver when off loading the vehicle from the flat bed. There is significant damage to the front and underside of the car. I immediately called the towing company and emailed them pictures and a video that I took. At 5:43pm on 12/3 the tow truck driver then called me to apologize and that he will speak with management and they will be in contact and ensured a resolution and even said he would text me on Monday for follow up. I was informed to call the tow company on Monday morning 12/4 between ****pm which I did and the manager/owner was supposed to call me back but they never did and called again Monday evening but they were not in the office. I called again on Tuesday and spoke with dispatch who noted that "my name was on the board" for follow up but still have not received any communication.
