    I rent a P.O. Box from zippys Check Cashing! Since I believe 2020 The owner is ***** At the end of October 23 I was laid off and and fell behind on my balance I owed for 6 months December through may their is no paper receipts up to date I havent received one! Ever up til now! I came in on the 7 th of **** and ask **** to make me a key! I was told he is only there on fridays! I previously tried to have a key made to my Mail box! Was told only **** can make the key! After I paid my full balance ***** dollars a month from dec to may ******! He tells me I cant have a key made with a negative balance! I told him I only owe for **** on the 16 and its not the 16 yet he tells me from 23! They have a log in book and the girl he has working their purposefully put 6/23 I never was behind for a year I ask for my over night express from the bank the girl said it never came the bank said it was returned I went back to zippys around Friday the 14 th of **** to pay my rent and then I ask for a receipt she tells me its for 23 no sir its not! But felt with the current situation I need a receipt from hear on out! I waited over a hour to speak to the owner and told him I needed to speak to him he said he be right back I waited another hour and 30 minutes and he didnt come ask the worker she said he would be another hour!! So I left ! Today I spoke with the unemployment department about my payment pending ! She tells me the card was sent back on Friday the 14th Im being frauded and my Mail is being tampered with! I rent from **** not his worker and she done sent two major cards back that I need for living my bank card that I paid to have shipped in one day! My edd card and I paid **** rent on Friday ! This is a case of fraud were the business put the wrong year in order to get more money out of me refusing to communicate with me strongly disregarding my concern as to how his new employee is handling the business and my Mail again he only their on Friday! They close on Saturd

    Issue has been resolved with customer/ consumer. Past due fees of $108.00 have been forgiven by owner, with the expectations that customer / consumer will remain current on a monthly basis.
