    I went into the Torrance Skyzone location on, 1/13/25 to use the Elite membership. A team member started 3 new memberships but I already had 3 existing memberships. I paid $86.97 on 1/13/25 for the addtional 3 memberships. I then went in on 1/14/25 and spoke to a team member who informed to email my refund request for the 3 duplicate memberships that were started the previous day, which I did that same day. I re-emailed them on 1/22 since I had not hear back from them. I send a third email on 2/21, informing them that I would be reaching out to BBB if I did not hear back from them, which then they finally replied stating that I should hear back from a representative within ***** hours. I still have not heard back from them. I would like the refund for the $86.97 that was paid on 1/13/25. I have since canceled my first 3 memberships, which then automatically canceled my second, newer 3 memberships. My membership number was #********. The memberships were for ****** *******, ***** *******, and ******* *******.

    I booked a birthday party for my daughter on 4/27/24. A couple of days before the party I got a phone call to confirm all the information. I notified the women of my change in pizza order and advised the number of kids went from 25 to 20 kids. Of course, on the day of the party, the pizza order was wrong and I just now noticed that I was charged for 25 kids instead of the 20. In addition, I had NO idea that the Gardena location was under construction and the little kid section was closed off. Had I been informed of this, I never would have booked my daughter's birthday party there as all the kids are small. As a result, the kids were jam packed in 2 sections because the rest of the areas were being monopolized by rowdy older kids. My scheduled time for the party room was 4:30. I was supposed to be allowed to enter the room at 4:15 set up. When I arrived at 4:15 the room had still not been cleaned and I was not allowed in. I was only allowed in the room 5 mins before the party time. As a result, 15 mins of my party time was set short because I was setting up. Towards the end of the party, I started passing out the water bottles to my guest and put one on the table next to my friend who was sitting down with her small child her in lap and an employee snipped at me saying I could not put the water bottle on the table because she had to put table cloths on the table to set up for the next party. I told her that I had the room until 5:30 and it was not yet 5:30 and she said she didn't care, she had to set up for the next party. The audacity!!!!!! I was furious. To top it off, your staff lost one of my guests shoes. She put her granddaughter's shoes on the party rack with the rest of shoes but when she went to leave they were gone. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life.
