    I finished my 1 Year rental lease and moved out on 3/31/2023, cleaning thoroughly to receive my security deposit of $3245.00. My landlord said there were no problems and would be issuing the refund but never did. I never received an itemized deductions form or refund within the 21 days of ********** civil code ****** (g) and ******. Mr. ********************** ignored my phone calls and messages for weeks then finally responded with an itemized deduction on 6/2/2023 way past the legal time frame. He upcharged and claimed bogus repairs and damages as well as provided a fraudulent cleaning bill for $395.00 on a date I was still living in the home.Mr. ********************** charged for normal wear and tear which is also unlawful to do. I requested full reimbursement in which he refused. I also requested $3045.00 to be reimbursed to me and he could keep $200.00 towards any costs. Mr. ********************** refused my offer again and stated he would retaliate by submitting a new itemized list to include late fees as well as a smoking violation in which is not true. I asked we resolve matter or I would be forced to take this to small claims court and he stated he had nothing more to say. I do have a full video of the house before we vacated on 3/31/2023 showing every room, wall. hallway, flooring, etc. There are multiple business listings for ***** ********************** to include CHICALI Holdings LLC, ********************** and Associates and EHPM Services
