    False Statements and Business Damaging Conduct LAX Freight Inc recently made a series of materially false and damaging claims about our company following a delivery issue that stemmed from a closed receiver not from our operations. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, they published a report with unsubstantiated accusations on a third-party platform (MyCarrierPortal), including claims of "holding freight hostage" and "unethical practices."These accusations were false, unsupported by evidence, and have caused measurable damage to our business, including rejected loads, loss of revenue, and driver downtime. LAX Freight refused to engage in meaningful resolution or fact-checking before publishing, and continues to stand by their statements despite being presented with documentation that contradicts their claims.We advise any carrier or vendor engaging with this company to proceed with caution, as their reporting and communication practices can cause reputational harm without due process.
