      They are selling unlimited data and is not true I paid $39.00 and after 3 days of service they said I used all the data . They dont want to give me a refund..

      Received a Gen Mobile Government Cell phone last Tuesday. I thought I would have unlimited data under the Affordable Connectivity Program. After two days my internet was done and over with. Called customer service. They stayed They stated under the Affordable Connectivity Program I only receive 2 gb. And if I wanted more I would have to pay at least $10. Why would I do that when there are plenty of Government phone carriers that offer unlimited data with a free tablet. They want you to pay for a tablet. This company is a rip off. What they offer with free data is what all Government carriers was offering before COVID.

      I went with this company to get a free file on 3rd of government because I have poor health and I am in fact Poor. They sent me this little phone I don't care that it's outdated and I don't care that it is from years and years ago but I do care that I didn't have a battery Commerce so I'll call the people I callumn name *****. Who says hes the highest I can talk to there is no boss that he answers to you but they want me to pay for the shipping to go back to ********** before they send me another phone I explained to them I'm on the free phone plan from the government that they're getting paid for, send me a battery he said he can't do that period that I had to pay for this shippin back to ********** before they would even start to give me another phone and they canceled the *** card so I couldn't put it in another Phone? If anybody can tell me what to do please tell me I'm seriously in poor health with a heart condition and kidney failure I don't understand why these people cannot send me a battery for this little piece of c*** phone that they sent me Or while they wouldn't let me put the same card in another phone to see if it was compatible now I'm stuck Unable to get a free phone because now it shows I have a free phone from this company and I can't get this help anywhere an ***** refused to help me do not waste your time because you will not get free phone service they send you a best phone which can't use while getting the money from the government and I'm still without a phone
