    I've been attending the shows over 20 years. My name is **** ****** you can find me. Also the name of my company is Mape printing and signs or Photo that **** On September 1st I purchased the Naruhoshi DTF2405 printer 24" wide Format. On September 9th at 4:30 that evening **** ****** and female delivered the printer. and also the infrared curing system 110V. He set up the curing machine first. Then he came and he was training me on the Naruhoshi machine. I asking **** is this a new epson machine. He never said that this was a refurbished machine. The machine is so old it printed over **** prints. I keep calling I'll spoke with the guy *****, ** ************** ** Told me that I was on the schedule for the machine to be picked up and Replaced. That was the 1st week, that didn't happen. Told me the 2nd week that it was on the schedule to be picked up now. I asked what time would it be picked up. They said they will give me a 24 hour window. Now the 3rd week, no one is answering my call. Because everybody has my phone number, so when it rings nobody picks up. It's just bad that you go to these shows. The company's that selling items. I spent 11.000.00 with them I need to know how to get a refund.

    I bought a DTF printer from McLaud May12th 22, didn't receive it until July 6th! Then they didn't send any of the consumables so I can't even use the printer currently. I spent $5,400 I don't encourage anyone to buy from them, very unhelpful. Can't even get them to answer the phones the majority of the time.
