    Hello.I have 3 sets of Barco One scrubs. They are very expensive. They are all in granite color. The pants are defective as the drawstring they use have shrunk and make the waistline no longer fit. I reached out to Barco online and they refused to help me. I spoke with ******** Please replace the scrub sets or refund me the price of 3 scrub sets. I am more than happy to send the defective products back to Barco so they can investigate and improve their product.

    Date of transaction- 9/23/24 Amount- ****** What the business committed to provide you- Scrubs for work via mail Nature of dispute- The order was unfortunately shipped to the wrong address. After contact customer service, I spoke to two reps who informed me that it was not possible to reship my order to the correct address. Scam vibes. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem- They offered 30% off my next purchase. I requested a full refund or shipment to correct ********** advertising issues
