      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Substandard *** and ************* Immediate Action Required To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the substandard services I received from Jet Black Tint ****************. I contracted your business for a full front *** (paint protection film) application with the clear understanding that the entire front of my vehicle would be professionally wrapped. What was delivered falls far short of this promise. The bottom half of the front end was not properly wrapped, and the *** that was applied is already peeling offan unacceptable result for a service of this ********* make matters worse, I have been attempting to get in contact with someone from your team since last Saturday, only to be met with delays, evasiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. This is entirely unprofessional and has only escalated my frustration.Furthermore, I have previously brought in multiple vehicles for window tinting, and the quality of work has been consistently poorrushed jobs with uneven tint and clear signs of carelessness.This level of service is not only disappointing but entirely unacceptable for a business that claims to specialize in professional vehicle treatments. I expect immediate resolution to these issues. Specifically, I demand:1.A full inspection and reapplication of the *** as originally promisedat no additional cost.2.A formal response explaining how this situation will be corrected.3.Accountability for the unacceptable tint work performed on my other vehicles.If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through formal consumer complaint channels, including the Better Business Bureau and relevant review platforms.I suggest you take this matter seriously.

      date of transaction not sure but , August 19 I received the product . I payed roughly 200$ for the product. The product was window tints for a F350 super duty order number #**** . Product received was order number #****, so I was sent the wrong order. Aug 22 I emailed jetblack support and was told they don't generally do returns and maybe they could figure out a solution for me. fast forward its now Sept 25 and I have not heard back from the company since I emailed them a month ago. its clearly just the wrong product and could be resolved if they sent a label for return and send me the product I ordered instead. I did pay in full and have spoke to them on the phone as well about the issue which he told me he couldn't help me on the phone and I had to email them instead so I did.

      I ordered a product, took 2 weeks to receive the product and its the wrong product. I have reached out to the company Via email to resolve the issue and also called multiple times. I have received one email response from the support team who you have to go through, you cant just talk to the person at the business. The email stated they don't generally do customer returns and asked me to reiterate what was wrong with the product and why I want a refund or to return it. All the specific information that is In the order from itself.. They have failed to contact me back about returning the wrong product and refuse to give me a refund or pay for a label to return the product. It has been over 2 weeks pushing into 3 weeks. So long story short, ordered a product they sent the wrong one and refuse to exchange or refund or send the correct order out after 2 weeks of contacting them.

      I financed a 4 day ******************** Course, that advertised the following:WHAT IS INCLUD**?4 FULL DAYS OF TRAINING FILM TYPES AND TOOLS HAND CUTTING VS COMPUTER CUTTING PREPPING & DRY SHRINKING SCENARIO TROUBLESHOOTING ONE STAGING & TWO STAGING INSTALLS REMOVING DOOR PANELS FILM REMOVAL TRAINING ON REAL VEHICLES DAILY Q&A SESSIONS On day one ** mentioned that in his own words my main jobs is sales, I learned by watching the guys in the back but most of the time they send people to ******* I wanted to learn to cut by ********* says its better with printer because the other way is much harder. He also kept repeating lets not try to f*** up this material because its expensive. You can check your cameras if he spent more than 2hrs actually teaching me i would be surprised As I left today, he didnt even noticed because he was with more customers.. I have attached a video and please look at your video from yesterday & today .. please issue me a refund . I will cut my losses in expenses to come here since I came from ******* . Invested an additional $800 for flights,hotel and food. I have tried to ask for a refund plenty of times via email but they continue to offer me a new course i mentioned i lost confidence in them n would like my money back , since im financing it ,it's not affecting my credit . I have video of ** the sales guy "instructor" just sitting in his office doing sales.. ***********************************************.... I asked several times for ************** information and have been ignored

      Went to jet blk tint, picked out shade of tint payed ****** went to waiting room, waiting so long,they keep saying 20 minutes, so I didn't stay wanted a refund, promised me a refund, I didn't get no service,no tint. Thanks ***************************** **********

      ON 05/10/2023 I WENT TO **** THE WINDOWS OF MY VEHICLE. I PURCHASED THE HIGHEST QUALITY **** AVAILABLE AND CHOOSE MY **** SHADE. AFTER LEAVING THE STORE HEADING HOME I NOTICED HOW DIRTY THE *** WAS LEFT. I WAS WORRIED ABOUT STAINS ON MY DASH AND DOOR. WE NOTICED THE BAD WIPE JOB ON THE **** ITSELF AND THE BUBLES BLISTERS AND SPECKS OF DIRT AND DUST BETWEEN THE **** AND ACTUAL WINDOW. LOOKING TO MY RIGHT BACK WINDOW FROM THE DRIVER SEAT THERE WAS GAP OF SUN COMING THROUGH. WE (MYSELF AND MY FRIEND WHO ACCOMPANIED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE THING) IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND AND TALKED TO THE ***** PERSON WHO MADE THE **** AND HE ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE FIXED ASKED ME TO PARK. I COMMENTED ON SPENDING ALLOT OF MONEY AND NO CONSIDERATION WAS GIVEN TO EVEN PROPERLY CLEAN UP THE INSIDE OF THE ***. YOU CAN SEE DRIED DRIP STAINS OF WHATEVER SOLUTION THEY ATTEMPTED TO WIPE THE **** DOWN WITH HE SAID THEY WILL WIPE IT DOWN. LEAVING AGAIN HEADING HOME I WAS TOLD I CAN GET SITED FOR SUCH DARK ****. I HAD NO IDEA I PURCHASED ILLEGAL **** NOR WOULD THEY SELL AN ILLEGAL ****. I WAS NOT OK WITH THAT AND HAD I BEEN TOLD THIS BY THE ***** REP I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED. THE NEXT DAY I RETURNED AND REP WAS NOT PRESENT BUT OVER PHONE HE SAID HE TOLD ME IT WAS ILLEGAL AND THAT IS NOT TRUE TO BOTH ME AND MY FRIEND WHO WAS PRESENT FOR THE ****. HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT MENTION ANY SUCH THING. TO MY SHOCK HE REFUSED TO CHANGE IT UNLESS I PAID MORE. A REPUTABLE BUSINESS WOULD NOT ARGUE WITH CUSTOMER AND MY SATISFACTION WOULD BE PRIORITY AS I JUST SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT GETTING A CITATION. I LIVE DOWNTOWN SJ AND LOTS OF POLICE I DONT WANT A REASON TO BE PULLED OVER. WELL GETTING THE *** BACK YET AGAIN ON WAY HOME BLISTERS ON PASSENGER SIDE AND LOTS OF BLACK SPECS OF DUST AND DIRT. ITS EMBARRASSING SPENDING NEAR 500 IT LOOKS AS IF I APPLIED **** MYSELF. I ASK TO PLEASE ALLOW ME TO BRING MY VEHICLE TO YOU TO SEE **** YOURSELVES. I WOULD NOT MIND GOING TO YOU TO SEE WHAT I HAVE DESCRIBED. ITS BEEN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SO I WASN'T WILLING TO RETURN AND HAVE THEM CONTINUE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE APART. I ALSO HAVE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW ISSUE ONLY SINCE THIS VISITS TO THIS SHOP. I FEEL ROBED OF MY MONEY I PAID AND IT WOULD TAKE TIME TO SAVE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO REDO THIS BAD **** JOB. PLEASE HELP THIS IS NOT OK AND I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOU VEHICLE IN PERSON. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE CHECKED IF I EVEN GOT THE TOP QUALITY **** I PAID EXTRA FOR BECAUSE THE LAST TIME THEY MADE CHANGE I SAID CHANGE TO DARKEST LEGAL COLOR AND THEY DID NOT HAVE EXACT CORRECT SHADE OF WHAT I REQUESTED SO I WONDER IF WHAT WAS PLACED ON IS STILL THE ** LEVEL OF **** I HAD PAID FOR. AT THIS POINT I AM REQUESTING FULL REFUND I WILL NOT KEEP ALLOWING OR TRUSTING THEM TO TAKE MY VEHICLE APART AS I ALREADY HAVE PASSENGER WINDOW ISSUES SINCE GOING TO THIS SHOP.
