    I had been going here for over 6 years. Many times buying gift cards for family members getting car detailing, tinting, protection film done.. recently I purchased $250 in gift card for my husbands holiday gift. We scheduled an appointment told the person on the phone we planned to use the gift cards as it was a gift and if additional was owed we would pay out of pocket. Not only did the price seemingly double for this detail job. Their ultimate price has always been $250 for the last 6 years. (I have receipts) they told us it was going to be $450. And suggested if we pay cash not card for remaining. When dropping off the car my husband triple confirmed we were fine to use the gift cards and pay the rest in cash. They had no problem with this. At the time of pick up the owner said they no longer take gift cards. And would only accept cash. Then agreed to take only $50 from the gift cards and 400 cash. My husband was blind sided by this flip, and kept insisting to stick with the original agreement. The owner then refused our payment. And told us if we didnt pay with his new payment terms then he will call the police and tell them we stole our car back?? My husband left with his car and immediately called the local police department about the matter as we didnt do anything wrong. The owner of Tint World proceeded to call the police later that day. And we heard from the police again stating there is nothing here to prosecute as they are refusing payment. I have never been scammed before this is a first for me. I guess the owner changed which is why the sudden issues.. this was never an issue before. Had they been upfront with us initially and said they only accepted gift cards $50 at a time we would have selected a much cheaper service and used the cards over time

    Took my brand new car in to have windows tinted.. Windows have bubbles on front and rear tint and back wheel has been damaged. Employee was drinking alcohol on job.

    I sent them an email for a quote on Car Stereo head unit, dash cam and backup cam. They replied with $2595 total including parts and labor. I agreed and was told to deposit $1810.27 so I went to the store to pay.Scheduled for the installation August 25 2023, and was told it will be done 26th. They had my car till end of day September 1. Upon pickup the items installed was not what I had asked for and no backup ***** have sent them an email, but the manager has lied continuously and said he will give me a call. Its been more than a week, no emails and no phone calls.
