Hoa management is property management company. Because the check was not deposited into their company in a timely manner. I was charged a late fee and eventhough I provided proof that they received the check before the due date, they still deducted the $10 late fee from my account, after I signed up for THEIR direct pay system. They withdrew the late fee from my account without authorization, despite being in the process of the investigation. They have very unprofessional communication and 0 conflict resolution. They become verbally aggressive and disrespectful.

HOA company continues to bill me monthly late fees because they do not cash my bill pay checks on time. I have receipts showing when ***** fargo sent and delivered the checks every month (see this month's for example, attached) which are all at least a week or sometimes 2 weeks before the due date of the 15th. I have contacted my bank (***** fargo) who confirmed the delivery date to be way before due date. I Contacted them(HOA company), and even attempted to resolve the with the owner ***, multiple times with no call back or resolution. My balance should be in the negatives because i've paid ahead but instead, i have a 400$ + balance which is inaccurate and false and it keeps increasing, despite me paying my dues on time!!. Many homeowners (check their yelp reviews) have made complaints about the same issue, to no avail. One of their workers ********* even yelled and hung up on me when i attempted to explain to her the issue. Please please please help me. I have no one else to turn to, as my "board" has not been supportive at all so i am begging you to please help me. This has caused so much stress.Attachments include ***** ******************* pay statement confirming that july dues (due 7/15) was sent on 6/26 for 7/3 delivery which they cleared kn 7/17, 2 days after due date. This has been a reoccurring theme with them but this is the latest example (july 2023)Thank you,********************************* **********

December of 2022, had a leaking faucet at my daughters place that needed a tub handle stem replaced. The process of replacing the stem would be a 10 minute job. However was told by HOA that we could not turn the water to the building off. They needed to send a plumber. They scheduled ******** plumbing to come turn the water off. The technician arrived on 12/20/22, walked around the building trying to find the water shut off valve, and within 20 minutes turned the water off. Said he would return to turn it back on but he had other jobs to get to and left. He came back about 2 hours later and turned the water off and left. He was on the property for a total of 30 minutes. ******** Plumbing sent a bill to the ******************* Management stating the technician waited on site for 3 hours looking for the water valve and totaling $275.00. *** told them it was unit owners **** told them to collect from me. I have spoken with both, letting them know that their information is incorrect. I was never quoted a price for turning off water. When speaking with ******** plumbing on 4/25/2023, I was told, the time doesn't really matter, and that the fee pays the office staff's salary, etc. Was asked can we take care of this today, if they gave me a discount of $25 off. I said, no I am not ok with the price they are trying to charge for a 30 minute visit to the property. Which I was told, they will contact the **** and see where to go from here. On April 26, 2023, *** explained that ******** plumbing originally sent them a bill for $430, which they disputed with ******** and they lowered it and still left the false information in the invoice. After reiterating with the **** was told they will contact ******** again, and see what can be done. I feel they are trying to over charge, for a job that an estimate was never provided for with falsely billed time, that they had the technician on other jobs getting paid for. These business practices are not ethical.
