    We used Payless Bathroom for the installation of a new shower and bathtub in our master bathroom. The installer left the drywall outside in the rain, did not show up for one day of installation and showed up after 1 PM the following day. Additionally, they left exposed drywall in the bathroom and refused to plaster the exposed areas. When we requested to speak about this, none of the managers or salesmen would return our phone calls. We did eventually get on the phone with a woman who was aggressive and arguing with us about the installation process. After much arguing and yelling from her, she eventually credited us some money to get the drywall plastered by an outside company (we refused to use payless due to the stress and mismanagement of this project). They lost two checks we wrote them for over $5000 and then harassed us to let them back into our home and take pictures "for warranty purposes." We have since had to have a plumber come out and repair the installation of the shower and tub spout. Overall, the quality of work was not great and the customer service after signing the contract with them was atrocious. To this day we have not heard from management after repeated phone calls and voicemails.

    We are very happy with Payless Kitchens and Baths, they were very prompt and professional throughout our bathroom remodel. Our project coordinator ****** helped us with all of our questions and concerns, the installer was very efficient and professional. Could not be any happier.

    I'm so grateful I found Carpet Wagon! The reviews on them made me decide to try and contact them. I love our bathroom remodel. Their specialist who helped me with this project was very hands on and I can call them directly if I have any questions. The materials that they used are superb! I am planning to do another bathroom remodel by the end of the year, and I will definitely contact them again.

    Carpet Wagon is the place to go for a complete remodel! *** genuinely cared for my needs and walked me through each detail. I appreciated the ease of the entire process, a quick 3-4 week completion and the simplicity of shopping from home with the opportunity to head into the showroom. I cant tell you how much it means to have quality materials used for a remodel so that it can look and feel brand new for years to come! Thank you Carpet Wagon, I will definitely be using for future renovations.

    I had a great experience with Carpet Wagon. I appreciated the convenience of the virtual and in-home consultation. This aspect streamlined my whole experience and showed that they truly care! The process from consultation to install was very quick, and ill definitely be using them again for any future remodeling needs.

    I had my kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeled by Payless. I want to thank all the installers who did an amazing clean work. Thank you **** ***** and ****** for my project coordinating. Thank you to the brand ambassador ***** who just came for an inspection and is helping me with the finishing touches.

    I decided to get my mom and dads home renovated on their 30th anniversary & reached out to the Carpet Wagon company. The overall price is very reasonable and they provide a complete value. The designs turned out to be so in accordance with what my mom briefed them. My parents are so happy with their work and we recommend them to everyone out there.

    If you're going with Payless then be forewarned there is multiple different installers for each step, the project managers don't come on site so it's hard to get a clear picture of the actual project/steps, and its going to be a long process with terrible communication. I was really trying to give Payless the benefit of the doubt, as I thought they were going to salvage the terrible experience thus far, but we are in week 5 (lost one week at no fault of Payless), but we were just told by the installers they were out of stock for the cabinets that we confirmed we needed 3 weeks ago; and this was the end of the rope, because we were already promised cabinets that we found out were NOT even offered (and these were the replacements!). This is just the most recent issue on top of countless others (described below). The project management and communication from this company thus far has been extremely frustrating to say the least. Every step of this project has felt so difficult. To solve they should: (1) to actually have the Project Managers be on-site at times, instead of making the Project Managers rely on photos, calls, texts, and being subject to the Supervisor review (which is what one of our PM's told us - they have to send everything through their Supervisor so its takes a bit to get answer on some key items), (2) teach the Project Managers how to actually foresee management and send scheduling ahead of time, and not rely on the clients asking for the schedule and next steps constantly; and (3) not having multiple installers come on-site (some of which don't even get specs on your kitchen from the PM's).

    I have been holding back on leaving a review of Payless Kitchen in **** with the hopes of my project manager getting back to me first. We contracted **** during the beginning of August to complete a full kitchen remodel (minus demo which I would complete). The sign up process was straight forward and the financing is what attracted us to PK&B. During the last visit of them coming out to install a few drawer slides I was a little frustrated with ***** wife whom made herself very comfortable on my sofa and took a nap while her husband worked on the kitchen, yep you heard right! **** did do a good job but I dont like that there are nails that can be seen above my cabinets, multiple imperfections above the cabinets and a very concerning cabinet install near the dishwasher which I had the dishwasher guy correct. The interaction with **** left a sour taste in my mouth and his cleanup could have been way better.Countertop team did great, was very well organized and especially clean and on time. But the team failed to leave the left over 5 ft worth of countertop we purchased (which still to date has not been returned to me).The backsplash guy was AWESOME!Lastly, comes the project manager. We worked with ************ whom seems to be in a different time zone, I was told by another worker that she doesnt even live stateside. ***** was an exercise for me in patience as 9 out of 10 times she never answered my call nor would bother to call me back. On occasions she would text me I am in a meeting and not bother to call me back until I reestablished contact. Most frustrating is the fact that as a project manager she never asked me if I was satisfied with my project nor aligned herself with our expectation. I believe that the root issue of my negative experience with Payless starts and ends with my project manager whom still hasnt produced 5 ft of a $3,000 countertop nor reimbursed us for purchasing our own hardware.

    I had Carpet Wagon/Payless Kitchen remodel my kitchen two years ago. The end result is everything my wife and I had hoped for. Nice quality cabinets and countertops and the overall remodel was fairly smooth. Would definitely recommend!
