    Last year I had an account with DMI, and I admit, I did not pay attention to the small print, I did not follow the rules and my account was terminated. There was a number for me to call but I was too embarrassed to speak to them after breaking the rules. I finally got the nerve to call that number and I was given information on how I could prevent myself from breaking the rules again. I also asked the operator if I could join again and I was given the ok. So I rejoined and everything seemed ok, I kept a spreadsheet like I was instructed to ensure I did not have the same problem. Without prior warning, I receive a message on my screen that my account is blocked and I need to call the number. This time I did not delay to call back. I was told my account had already been terminated reason being, I was holding multiple accounts. Because two accounts originated in the same residence, they assumed my roommate's account was mine as well. I spoke to my roommate about this and he said they canceled his account as well. No attempt was made to clear this up prior to termination nor was any consideration made to notify me early to reduce the amount of point loss. I lost ****+ points. Rules specify that only one account Is allowed per person, not per residence. In addition,Item I, part 2 of TOS specifies: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, even though cancellation or termination may affect an Enrollees ability to collect or redeem their Points. IN THE EVENT OF TERMINATION, ENROLLEES WILL HAVE 60 DAYS FROM THE PROGRAM TERMINATION DATE TO REDEEM THEIR POINTS. Enrollees will not be able to collect additional Points during this 60-day period. Thereafter, any Points remaining in an Enrollees Account will have no value of any kind and will be forfeited without compensation.

    This Members account was deactivated for violations of terms specified in Disney Movie Insiders terms and conditions. As stated in section F.7., For eligible physical products, Points will only be awarded for 1 Code entry per product per format (e.g., UHD, Blu-ray, DVD, etc.) per Account. Additionally, we have found multiple accounts that have been created in violation of the D.6. terms, limiting Members to 1 account per person. This case was evaluated independently and handled separately from any other Members account in question. Please also note that the reference to the 60-day redemption period is erroneous, as that is only applicable in the event of a program termination, and not an account termination.
