    This is literally the worst insurance group in ***********. They are extremely rude to patients, medical staff from doctors offices and even customer service from insurance like ********* and ******! They literally will chew people out, laugh at them, yell at them and hang up. And yes this will be on recorded lines. And the "managers" aren't any better. They won't actually help or give a c*** about someone health. They deny everything, even needed treatments knowing the patient is in serious trouble. Anyone, even when i the *** hear I had Preferred they groaned because they knew nothing was going to get done and everything was going to be fought to be covered. I noticed that far too many of the doctors *** as of summer 2024 *** were still connected to them were the worst doctors you could get. The rest were leaving since they wanted to actually help patients while Preferred rather they died. One doctor *** has since left them told me that they are hoarding their funding they got for this year, at least that's how it's come off. I feel like if enough of us got together and sued them they'd close and we'd be saving others from their tyranny.AVOID THIS "medical group" and switch to anyone else. You won't get any form of care through them EVER!

    They don't actually want to help patients get anything done. They should be shut down since they don't approve any needed procedures, and let people die from their greed.

    I have been trying to get someone on the phone the doctor ****** is getting the run around. We have been trying to get a referral approved for my son for 3 months and they keep giving us the running around I have contact the supervisor name ****** that said he would get back in contact with the doctor ****** and havent received a called I left his boss ********************* a message and havent received a called back this is very frustrating and unprofessional. I just want my 4 year to be able to receive his AFO for his feet. I been on the phone waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes know just waiting scared to hang up due to having to wait for hours.
