IN December 2024, I hired AEA Marketing Agency LLC, led by ***** *******, for a marketing campaign that promised to deliver 10 paying customers within a ****** period. The total cost for this service was $7,500, which I paid as agreed. Despite following all onboarding requirements and providing the requested access and information, AEA Marketing failed to deliver even a single paying customer. When I raised concerns about the lack of results, ***** shifted the blame onto me, citing unfounded claims of delays and non-compliance. This was untrue, as I fully adhered to the contract and communicated consistently throughout the campaign. Furthermore, AEA Marketing has refused to honor the $1,000 performance guarantee outlined in the contract, as well as refund the fees for their failure to deliver on their promises. The campaign itself was poorly executed, with minimal ad spend and no measurable outcomes. While ***** appears soft-spoken and sincere, the companys practices reflect a lack of accountability, failure to fulfill guarantees, and poor service delivery.Businesses should exercise caution before engaging with AEA Marketing Agency. My experience has shown a lack of follow-through on promises, deflection of responsibility, and no effort to resolve legitimate grievances.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/10/2025

I am responding to the false and defamatory complaint filed by ******* ****** (*************) in an attempt to defame my agency. This matter is fully resolved, and ******* agreed in writing to remove all negative reviews yet has failed to do so. The contract explicitly required ******* to provide **** Ads account access within a specific timeframe, a condition he was fully aware of upon signing. However, he deliberately delayed access for 11 days, reducing the campaign from 30 days to just 19an intentional attempt to secure free marketing for personal gain while disregarding his contractual obligations. During this time, I emailed him multiple times per day for 11 days straight with clear instructions on how to provide accessall of which he ignored. However, during this same period, he continued sending other emails about the marketing campaign, proving that his refusal to respond was intentional. His lack of cooperation directly impacted the campaigns ability to perform as outlined in the contract. Furthermore, ******* grossly misrepresented his ad spend to falsely qualify for my agencys services after I stated on a recorded Zoom call that we only work with businesses meeting a specific Meta ad spend thresholda deception later exposed upon accessing his account that he did not meet the requirements for my agency's services. Despite ******* ****** (CEO of *************) clear contractual violations and the irrefutable evidence I hold about itincluding timestamped emails, recorded meetings, and signed agreements, which he was fully aware ofI acted in good faith and refunded him the full $8,500. He accepted this refund under the condition of removing all defamatory statements across platforms yet has failed to do so, instead continuing to spread falsehoods on ******, ********* and BBB in retaliation.
These false claims will not be tolerated. As this matter is conclusively settled and his allegations are entirely without merit. All supporting evidence is available upon request.

I am rejecting this response because:

AEA Marketing's response is filled with distortions and misrepresentations in an attempt to deflect from the core issue at hand. While the matter of the refund has been resolved, the issue of coercion/extortion remains unresolved and is currently under review by the appropriate authorities. A separate complaint regarding coercion has also been submitted to the BBB.
    AEAs False Claims:
Access to Meta Ads Account At no point did I "intentionally delay" access. I was in continuous communication, taking all necessary steps to provide access. ***'s claim of an "11-day delay" is a fabrication designed to shift blame for their failure to deliver.
Alleged Misrepresentation of Ad Spend There was no misrepresentation. *** conducted its due diligence before accepting payment. If my business did not meet their criteria, they were under no obligation to proceed. Instead, they took payment and failed to deliver results.
False Allegation of "Free Marketing" ******* The contract guaranteed 10 paying clients within 30 days or a full refund plus $1,000. *** failed to deliver a single paying client and only refunded after sustained pressure.
Coercion and Retaliation The refund was improperly tied to review removal, a clear act of coercion/extortion. Threatening legal action unless reviews are removed is unacceptable, and authorities have been notified.
**** continued false accusations serve only to highlight their lack of integrity. The BBB should be aware that this response is part of a broader pattern of manipulation and evasion from AEA Marketing.
This will be my final response regarding the refund, but I expect the coercion complaint to be reviewed separately.

    Sincerely,

    ******* ******
