    I hired Golden Picture Photography to provide videography and photography services for my wedding on October 29, 2023. We paid in full for these services through ***** on October 30, 2023, for a total of $2,500, trusting them to deliver edited photos and a finalized wedding video.Over the past year, I have received only unedited photos and videos, many of which are of poor quality. The photos from my wedding are blurry and not clear, failing to meet the expectations of professional work. To make matters worse, Golden Picture Photography mistakenly sent us a full video of another couple's wedding, which is highly unprofessional.Each time we followed up, Golden Picture Photography promised to send us a receipt for the payment, but they never followed through. Additionally, they mentioned via text messages that they were experiencing issues with their company account and the **** which I can provide proof of through the text messages.Despite repeated follow-ups via email (on November 4, November 24, December 25, 2024, and January 8, 2025), text messages, and phone calls, Golden Picture Photography has not delivered the edited materials as promised. Six months ago, they assured me that the edits were in progress, but there has been no further communication or resolution since then.I am deeply disappointed with this lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on their commitments. I kindly request assistance to resolve this matter and obtain a refund for the services paid.

    We hired golden picture to take our wedding photos in December of 2018. We paid them $3,500 upfront. They committed to providing us raw images with DVD, three photo albums and three enlarged pictures. We have been relentlessly trying to get into contact with the business owner to obtain our photos since then. About three months we finally made contact with the business owner, ******, who stated they would work on and produce our photos and has since stopped responding once again. Golden Picture has not attempted to provide us with the service we paid for in any way.
