      I love the company and the products, but if I pay for next-day shipping before the cut-off time, I need to have my items the next day as promised. Your shipping department needs to do a better job. Also, I will say that ****** is customer service has no clue how to help people, and does not seem to understand that if you all still have not released the package to **** it will not get to me that day. However, ********, the second person I spoke with, was kind and gave me a shipping refund. I have saved both chat transcripts and screenshots of shipping and order info from *** and Disney Store.

      Easily one of the sleaziest online merchants I have encountered in quite some time. Ordered a Disney-branded LEGO set on 12/3. Called several times to learn status, but the automated answering system hung up on me because they were too busy to talk. Then received an email today (Dec 19) saying they were out of stock. To add insult to injury, just went on-line and the item is available on Shopdisney.com, for $30 more!! I don't know if its stupidity, greed, incompetence or ****** indifference to humanity at Christmastime by DIsney but whatever it is, I can't wait for AI to replace all these fools with a better experience. Buyer beware.

      I tried to cancel an order an hour after ordering and was told I could not return it. I have to wait to receive it and then return it. A hassle for me and a waste of shipping materials and resources!!! Wont shop here again. So disappointed.

      I ordered twice from Disney online store. And it got canceled twice with no call and no explanation. Have had money pending for 6 days total. When I asked what the problem was when I called they said "I don't know" you can order it again and we'll give you free shipping. No I ordered it for next day. I don't need your free standard shipping. Would not order here
