    I bought the product on November 9th 2023. The product was received on November 14th. I opened the jar and found that it was half full it was also counterfeit. I have the authentic product that I compared it with and it was clear that the jar was half full. I applied it to my face and could tell right away that it didnt have the right texture, smell nor moisturizing capacity of the authentic product. The authentic product has a Hemp leaf on the inside lid and this box has a URL code. Im so tiered of fake products out there. I want a full refund for my $280 that I paid to PayPal.

    My wife and I were lured into a cosmetic and beauty business off the street. The staff are all taught the same fraudulent sales pitch. They placed product on my wife as part of the sales pitch to sell their cosmetic products. We purchased a three item package for nearly $500 that allegedly sells for over $1800. After leaving the product made my wife break out. We attempted to return the product and were told no refunds. Upon examining the receipt, it did state no refunds. That said, there are no signs posted about the no refund policy, and we were not told prior to charging our credit card that no refunds were allowed.Subsequently, I researched this company, the manufacturer of the products, and reviews. The reviews of the business practices are overwhelmingly negative, and the products themselves sell on Amazon and other online retailers for less than 1/3 of the discounted price offered by this business.

    I bought products today 04/08/2023 from the Introstem store inside the mall in ******** **********. I worked with two attendants. The first one demonstrated the product on half my face. She showed the very high prices online and promised a good discount telling me she is a manager and talking in a low voice so that nobody can hear. I agreed for 350 dollars for 3 products as I thought it would be a good gift for my wife on our wedding anniversary. She returned and said she had made a mistake and it will be 100 dollars more. I said ok. Then she handed me over to another manager because she was busy. The new manager showed more products and made huge discounts after I refused to buy them multiple times. She was also convincing me that it was the deal of a lifetime because she was the manager. I eventually agreed. Who wouldnt want to surprise their wife with a great gift. It was very stressful, I am an adult, and I should have recognised what this was. At no point it was mentioned they do not refund. I came home and gave this to my wife. She wasnt familiar with the brand. A quick search online showed her the same product being sold on Amazon for a for a fraction of the price. She checked the receipt and it says No refund. What I thought was a gift she will love became a disappointment.
