    Bad work experience, personally speaking as a former employee. Not how I would conduct business, with employees or with clients, personally speaking. I personally have a lawsuit against them, a PAGA claim too, and suggest potential clients to do their research and ask the right ************ general guidelines for the security service consumer:If you pay for an unarmed or armed guard, it is good practice to make sure that the guards sent to you actually have their guard cards, which can be verified on the **** website, guards are required to carry their licenses on hand too, and also make sure your armed guards have real guns. Not airsoft or pepper spray guns that look like real guns. Be careful with digital reports that can be altered by any security company to bill for guards who didnt show up. Have a way to make sure you know if a guard actually worked the shift you are paying for.
