    I rented a floor sander costing $75.00 for one day. Sunbelt withdrew $400.00 from my account! They said they didnt, but they did. I spoke to them about this for 2 days in which they denied pulling the money, but said it was just a deposit. A deposit for more than 3xs the rental?!!The $400 came out of my account sending it into overdraft where I incurred fees to keep things from bouncing.Sunbelt said theyd credited me back $243.91, but my bank said nothing was pending. I put a fraud report in with my bank.

    I wanted to address a recent issue that has arisen regarding a rental transaction with ************. It has come to my attention that she encountered some difficulties during her interaction with our services, and I am truly regretful that this matter was not brought my attention sooner to allow for timely resolution. 

    I acknowledge the concerns raised for the sander rental. While we do have policies in place to ensure clarity on deposits and obtain customer consent before proceeding with transaction. I understand that in this particular case, the experience may not aligned with our usual standards of customer service. 

    I would like to extend my sincerest apologies to ************ for any inconvenience or frustration caused during her rental experience with us. As a gesture of goodwill and to make amends for the less than satisfactory service she received, I have taken the decision to fully refund the rental amount in question, with no additional charges.
