    On 12/7/2023 I suffered another attack from a retaliating party that involves cyberstalking, stalking and I was unable to drive in my vehicle any further and had to call for a tow service. I called my insurance, uncertain if the call went to my insurance and the cyber stalkers took the call to ensure I would be stuck in my vehicle and pay out of pocket costs. The dispatch that I spoke with claimed the tow service they ordered was going to be too long and sent someone else, CJ's Tow Service who arrived and after I expressed my insurance should cover it, the tow driver claimed to have called my insurance and claimed they would not cover anything. I was charged a total of $245 and my insurance never reimbursed me, because they did not know of the incident. Late 2024, I discovered that CJ's Tow Service *** had a suspended license with the California Secretary of State and was not supposed to be taking any claim calls or servicing for tow service, but most likely, aiding a retaliating party against me. The transaction in my ****************************** account shows up as 12/8/2023, CJS Tow Service *** ************** ***********************, $245

    CJ's tow service damaged the front bumper of my vehicle during a tow on 7/25/2024. ***** from CJ's Tow Service acknowledged responsibility, and claimed that the company would be paying for the damage by 8/2/2024. The company has now stopped responding to message, and refuses to pay for the damage or provide their insurance information. Please see attached text messages with ***** for proof.- Dispatch ID #****** - Caller ID #******** - Vehicle: 2017 ****** Mirai, ** License Plate ******* 7/**/2024 - I spoke to ***** from CJ's Tow Services by phone, and informed him of the damage during the tow referenced above. ***** asked for pictures of the damage (which I immediately sent him via text message), and stated that he would speak to the driver and follow up with me.7/29/2024 - I contacted ***** via text message, and provided an estimate for the damages. 7/29/2024 - ***** stated that his company would pay for the damage directly by 8/2/2024.***** has since stopped responding to text messages, and has not provided his insurance information.
