    I purchased a car CD player from this company on July 28, 2022 for $229.99. The CD player worked initially, but then stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted the company asking for a refund, but they declined because it was out of the 30-day return window. I asked again if anything can be done since the item failed. They asked me to mail the CD player to them for testing because there is manufacturer warranty. They said that if it doesn't work, they will replace it. They then offered to replace it with a new one regardless. I mailed it them for $18.90. They later sent me back the same (non-functioning) CD player in the same box that I sent them (not a new one) back to me stating that it was tested and it works. I tested in both of my cars, it didn't work at all after multiple tries. I made a video showing how it doesn't work and sent it to them. I asked for a refund multiple times via e-mail, but they did not respond after multiple requests.
