I looked at the Key Connect app on ****** play. After downloading it I found it did not work with our vehicle. I was not supposed to be charged and they charged my card $29.37.I have reached out to them multiple times requesting a refund with no response. I have also reached out to ****** Play who have refused to assist. I attempted to use Key connect for my vehicle which had the keys locked inside. unfortunately, both my husband and I struggled to navigate the app and gave up within an hour of attempting and having paid the annual fee of $69.99. I cancelled within an hour of making the purchase. I have tried to make contact by phone and email with key connect, with no response. I am looking to get refund for the annual fee.Initial Complaint

I paid $21.99 for this service because it said it was compatible with my car, so I could use my phone to lock and unlock my doors from my phone, I went on and made an account through the ****** App and it says my car isnt compatible, so I have sent to messages because there is no phone number to call and I get a computer generated message back. I was installing a auto start in my ****** pickup, and you had to install a app in order to use it. I was wanting th *** app, and I must have accidentally clicked on KeyConnect app. (they are right next to each other on the app store). Upon realizing that I had the wrong app, I installed the KeyConnect app and in order to use it you have to pay for the subscription. after doing so, I realized that this was the wrong app and then went and got the correct app for my remote starter. I have tried to contact them via phone and email, and neither of them will go thru. All I want is my money back ($73.84). Upon so research, there seems to be a lot of the same issue with them. I know it was my fault for clicking on the wrong app, but you should be able to cancel the subscription. I tried within an hour of doing this. I just cannot get a hold of them. You try to send email and it wont go thru, you call and verizon recording says unavailable. Very frustrating. I got a hold of my credit card company, and they cant do anything yet because it is still pending. I will reach out to them again once it goes thru. This company has a scam going on that just isn't right. Thank You, **********Business Response
