    Contract number ******, contract was signed 11/14/2019 the amount of ******** was paid towards the amount owed (sale amount *********) my father passed away from Covid in January 9th of 2021 I got in contact with oakdale cemetery in regards of it they told me to call back when we had his body it took us a month to retrieve his body due to the reason of death and when we did we went to oakdale to prepare for the services but they told us that they could not accommodate us due to the overwhelming deaths and that the soonest date would fall in ***** this was February and my dad had been dead for a month , as devastated as we were because we had no idea what to do the counselor at oakdale told us that we would have to look elsewhere , I called friends and family to help us find another last minute cemetery since we had no other choice, we found another cemetery paid more than what we could afford and after the services we went back to oakdale to resolve the issue at hand just to get turned away with different excuses that never got us a refund. During the last 6 months of 2021 I was in and out of the hospital had three surgeries and had to put oakdale on the back burner I didn't heal from it all until February of 2022 and shortly after had to fly out the country to take care of other issues so me not taking care of this has not been negligent. I really need help with this matter , I just want the money returned that I payed towards something that was not granted to me.
