  My ** broke at the worst time of the year, the hottest time of the year. Thanks to Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air company, they installed a new ** in record time. Time provided for arrival of Technician, quote and installation met what was provided with no issues. Great service from their technicians to the installers. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. They explained what took place on the old unit and what had failed on it. They then explained what they could offer me with a new unit and we even had a 3-way call with my brother who has been in the ** business for 44 years to discuss what they were proposing for my mobile home. The extra mile taken to make me feel better and safe was welcoming. Thank you again for your services

  We know several people who have used Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air. They came highly recommended and we can see why! Our first experience was with the electrician and his helper who took care of a small wiring repair. In addition to the repair we contacted them for they inspected our electrical panel as a courtesy. I really appreciated that even though it was a small project we were treated as if we were their most important customer that day. Needless to say when our 30 year old air conditioner went out we called Accurate. Everyone we dealt with, the office staff, the crew and installers were fantastic!

  need my electrical panel looked at when the gentleman came by to look at my electrical panel he told me the things I would need because my electrical panel was old so we decided to go with them, they quoted me a number for a refurbishing on my electric panel which was $1,800 my appointment time was from 12:00 to 4:00 then they text me to let me know that the gentleman would be here between 2 and 4 the gentleman did not show up until after 4:30 which by that time it started to get dark, so I believe he rushed the job which caused my power breaker to go out in the middle of night, I had to call them back for him to come back to see what was going on the next day my power went out again. So I went to rest the breaker and it popped and started smoking,. So I had to call them again, So when he came out to look at what was going on. He said his company wanted to charge me again go back in and do the job he was supposed to do the first time. Which didn't make sense to me if I paid you to do the job the first time. I never had a problem with my electrical panel before. I just had some outlets that didn't work and they still don't work. I lost right now. They gentleman that came out was very polite so I don't blame him I blame the company. It's say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but I'm not 100% satisfied with what's going on here.

  *****,Thank you for taking the time to post a review...even though it's negative. We are always striving to get better and when we learn of a client's unhappiness we have an opportunity to improve. *****, communicating arrival times is something we excel at and I take great pride in. The last thing we want is for our clients to be sitting around waiting for us. We communicate throughout the day so you can go about your business and be home when we get there. We communicated with you via text 3 times throughout the day...keeping you abreast of our arrival time. At 3:13pm you were advised that your electrician was finishing up his current job and you were his next appointment. He arrived at 4:10pm. I know that is outside of the original 3pm-4pm appointment time, but that's why we stay in communication with our clients. As you know, you have a Zinsco panel. We informed you of the issues with Zinsco panels and that they should be replaced. ****** "Zinsco" for 3rd party information. You elected not to replace the panel, but rather just the breakers. You rolled the dice with a cheaper option and it didn't work out. That's okay though. Because we offered to credit you the entire amount you paid toward replacing the panel. I don't know how much more fair we could be. Am I missing something?...****

  NEVER USE Accurate Electric, Plumbing, etc. The licensed contractor himself never shows up on the job. He has an inexperienced electrician (maybe not even licensed) doing the estimating. This man, *****, also the job *******, really knows nothing about general contracting. For this reason, he underestimated the job. When the crew who was doing the rewire and panel upgrade at my house became seriously unprofitable, the office manager/bookkeeper called the men off the job. The timing of this was really outrageous and incompetent. They had just blown the circuit that provides power to the outlet where I had my refrigerator plugged in. All the food in my refrigerator spoiled. They also had no porta potty. The day after they left, I experienced two sewer overflows due to them using my toilet repeatedly without asking.

  Asked for them to come out to give me a quote. I was told that it is $97 just to come out. nobody else has charged me for a quote. I also never received a call back to set up an appointment. One of the Ladies that answered the phone was very polite. I personally would not use them since a already got a couple of red flags.

  AI G, I am very sorry we didn't call you back to schedule your appointment. That is terrible and we are working on our processes to make sure this doesn't happen again! I won't apologize for the $97 service charge though. Even appliance repair companies charges $125 just to come out....AND they don't have state licensed technicians that are background checked, drug tested, and required to take continuing education. Besides that, our guys come in huge trucks that are like rolling warehouses so we can take care of most issues right on the spot. $97 is a DEAL! All my best to you on completing your project though. :)

  So far, I have found working with Accurate to be a very professional, easy experience. They have come through on providing me with the scope of work TBD with fair pricing. Interacting with the estimator and office staff has been very pleasant.

  This contractor has turned out to be very unprofessional. The contractor never even looked at the job. They pulled out when they became unprofitable leaving 3/4 of the work undone. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE.
