    In 2019 we payed cypress air to replace the coil in our air conditioner. The part was under warranty, but had to pay cypress to I. Stall the part. So in 2021 we had a problem the secondary tray was filling up with water, which it should go to the primary tray and drain out. So we called cypress to come out they said the line was clogged so I pay them to blow out the line *********** the water out of the tray also had the service the two units. So they unit got water again this time the tech said the line is good. He said to install a switch and this will fix your problem ok so I pay for him to install the switch and ******* the water out. Two weeks later it happens again same cypress tech come out and said it the condition from the coil blowing past the primary water tray to Tha secondary try, but he fixed it. One week later it happens again this time we have water damage to our drywall and door jam because our units are in the attic so the from the tray water is come down our ceiling and wall. Cypress sends the same tech back out to install a splash guard. The tech said the water coming from a rust spot in the secondary tray. I spoke with a supervisor **** from cypress air and I asked him how does not see the rust spot after we pay for a full service on our units and I have had you out here four time for the same problem on water in my tray and ******* water out does no one say anything. **** agreed that this should have been caught. **** said he would come out with the owner of the company to look at the dry wall on Wednesday 9/7/22. I told **** i have zeo confidence that they have fixed the problem. I take the day off of work and no one come so i call and the owner gets on the phone and said that they are not coming out that they don't do dry wall and it was my problem. He was rude and disrespectful. This has taken place in the last month and a half.
