    Multiple complaints have been made to corporate and to the property manager to fix the ******Que. But we were told they are new and they won't repair them. We are told that we need to report broken items and they will fix them, but it has been almost a year now and still the *** is not fixed. We pay rent to have items available to us. This could be a safety issue if not fixed. We all in the courtyard want the *** fixed so we can use it. It is located in building ****. We are unable to pay someone to fix it.

    The apartment complex *********************************** lives at has 5 BBQs available to residents.These BBQs were replaced with new ones in 2019 and, to our knowledge, all are working as they should. Although we don't have record of any BBQ needing service, we will have our maintenance staff check them all for proper function. If ******** has knowledge of one needing a specific service, it would be most helpful if ******** submitted the service request to the onsite management staff. ******** has reached out to us many times in the past (by phone, in writing and, via email) thus it's surprising that this supposed issue bypassed us completely before a complaint was sent to the Better Business Bureau.

    I am rejecting this response because: neighbors in #** and myself have reported it to ******************* who told us they will not be serviced. I also emailed *** and said it was not working.  The courtyard is **** and it is the left side.

    The back-and-forth as to where the communication failed seems counterproductive so I won't be addressing that matter in this response. However, as stated in my initial reply, all BBQs at this property will be inspected and repairs initiated as needed. We appreciate the information as to the specific location needing repair and have passed it along to our maintenance personnel. Residents can use another of the provided BBQs at this property if ever necessary / desired.  Thank you.
