    On the 4th of March 2023, at approximately 4:50 pm I had stopped by The UPS Store, which is where my personal mailbox is located where I pay the business $125 for three months of personal mailbox usage. I had went inside the store to pickup items that was ordered online by myself from ****.com, and there were two individuals there. A ************************* and a Hispanic female there, and when I had came to the store prior the male would always give me a cold stare which would make it uneasy for me to pick up and check personal mail. All the other employees there are professional, and aided with help from whenever I came to pickup packages or check personal mail. Furthermore, when I came in on the 4th of March at 4:50 pm expecting four items that was received the day before. The female of the two, told me they received only one package which was a big box that contained three of the items that I ordered. What I ordered from ****.com was one black pullover jacket, black sweatpants, socks and a pair of gym shoes. Before I picked up the box, I had asked the female is this everything, she said yes and from there I left the store with the package not expecting the socks to be missing from the package. I had contacted ****.com, and told them about the issue. After that, I had checked the tracking information, and it shows the item was delivered and signed by RROY on the 3rd of March 2023 at 10:06 am. This is the ***** tracking info for the missing **** Everyday Essential Socks from ****.com ************.
